Shopping and Returns


Oppzo.com makes every effort to ship all orders in fastest speed; most of our orders would be shipped within one business day except special products such as customized which will take more time.

  • For small products are shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground and will be delivered in estimated 3 to 7 business days. Transmit times may vary due to difference of distances.
  • For larger products that require truck delivery are shipped via Freight Carriers. Shipments will be delivered curbside via truck transportation personnel.
  • For products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be priced and billed as per the distance and weight.
    • Oppzo.com offers free shipping on all orders over $75, via standard Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you don't, you can cancel your order or certain items by go to "Orders" at "My Account"

All cancellations must be made as soon as possible before order shipped.

  • Orders have shipped cannot be cancelled and will have to follow the return policy.
  • Item status in "Preparing for Shipment" cannot be cancelled. Item status in "Preparing for Shipment" perhaps already shipped. just the shipping carriers have not updated the tracking info yet.

Return Policy

Your happy shopping experience is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, you can go to "My Orders" at "My Account"

Return Requirements

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • All items must be free from scratches and/or defects.
  • All items must be in new condition. Used, assembled or installed items are not returnable.
  • Must have the original packaging Oppzo.com shipped and there cannot be any writing on the original packaging.
  • Custom items and clearance items are not returnable.
  • Oppzo.com must be notified before returning. Oppzo.com will issue RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) This RMA# must be attached outside the box in a separate piece of paper.
  • Any returns without RMA# will be refused.
  • Any returns issued by using collect on delivery (C.O.D.) will be refused.

If the above requirements are not met, you will not receive a refund.

If you don't love it, please keep in mind that don't assemble or install any products, keep the original packaging clean and fully intact. All returns are subject to 30% restocking fee, plus all shipping costs. The restocking fee may vary, depends on how manufacturer charges. Customer is responsible to all shipping costs – inbound and outbound shipping. If you receive free shipping, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


All refunds will be credited to the original payment account. The original credit card or PayPal account.

Refund for cancelled orders or items will be issued within 2 business days. For returned orders or items, refund will be issued within 10 business days once returns completed.

Defect, Wrong Items

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive wrong items or items have manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item. RMA# and shipping instruction as well, please follow the shipping instruction to ship back to specified address.

Items returned as defective which are found not to be defective you will subject to 20% restocking charge, plus all shopping costs.

Damaged Packages

If you received package has been damaged during shipment. Any visible damages appeared in the shipping package or missing parts; you must note the damagers and missing parts on the delivery receipt. For example, "Package damaged." Meanwhile, please take clear photos and send them to us for supporting your claim. If you sign the delivery receipt in good condition without any damage note, we cannot offer you free exchange and full refund. Restocking fee and shipping costs may be applied.

Manufacturing defects and damaged packages, Oppzo.com must be notified within 3 days of delivery. Otherwise, you will have to follow the return policy.

Wrong Items

If you receive items other than you ordered, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery. We will issue RMA# and instruction. Please follow instruction to ship back and we will ship the correct items, free of charges.


All prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for the most current price.

When you click the ‘Submit Order’ button, we will send you an e-mail message acknowledging receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase an item will not be complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the item has been shipped. With respect to items sold at Oppzo LLC, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Oppzo LLC is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.


  • Oppzo.com is not responsible for any costs of the installation of wrong or defective items.
  • Oppzo.com is not responsible for any lost shipments that the shipping carriers has recorded as delivered.
